1. Who we are

Job School ("we", "us") operates jobschool.io and provides career training and placement support services in Canada. Our registered entity is [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], at [REGISTERED ADDRESS].

2. Using this website

You may browse the site, read our articles, view job listings and submit applications or enquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, submit another person's resume without their permission, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

3. The job board

Job listings are provided for information. We are not the employer for roles listed unless we say so explicitly. We do not guarantee that any listed role is still open, that you will be contacted, or that you will be hired. Submitting an application creates no employment relationship with us or with the employer.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are charged once, after a free consultation, before work begins. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.

• Resume and LinkedIn, $25, charged once.
• Job Accelerator Program, $350, charged once for the whole program.
• Interview Pro, $50 per session.

Pay as you go. The Accelerator may instead be paid session by session at $50 per session, with everything paid counted toward the $350 total. You never pay more than $350 for the full program.

Nothing is charged during the free consultation and no card details are taken on that call. The scope of each program, the delivery timeline and anything specific to your engagement are set out in the confirmation we send before work starts. Where that confirmation and this page differ, the confirmation takes precedence.

5. The resume rewrite

The resume rewrite is a one-time service priced at $25, and includes a LinkedIn profile rewrite at no additional charge. Delivery is within 48 hours of us receiving both payment and your completed brief, including your current resume and target role. A person, not an automated tool, does the rewriting. We rewrite the content you provide. We do not invent experience, qualifications or employment history, and we will decline any request to do so.

6. No guarantee of employment

We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, salary levels or any specific outcome. Our services improve how you present yourself and how you run your search. They cannot create demand in a market, and no honest provider can promise otherwise.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of your resume and any material you send us. You grant us permission to use it for the purpose of delivering the service you requested. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Our content

The content of this website, including the program materials, is owned by us and provided for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish our program materials.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with our services is limited to the amount you have actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Governing law
