Refund and Cancellation Policy

Resume rewrite ($25)

Before we start. If you have paid but not yet sent your brief and resume, you can cancel for a full refund. Email us.

After delivery. If you are not satisfied with your rewrite, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will redo it at no charge. Email info@jobschool.io and tell us specifically what is not working, so the revision addresses the actual problem.

Refunds after delivery. Because this is a completed custom service, we do not offer refunds once the rewritten document has been delivered and the redo has been declined or completed. [CONFIRM WITH COUNSEL: this must not conflict with provincial consumer protection legislation.]

Job Accelerator ($350)

Before day one. If you have paid but the program has not started, you can cancel for a full refund. Email us.

Once it has started. Tell us within 7 days of your first session and we will refund what you have paid, less the sessions already delivered at the pay-as-you-go rate of $50 each.

Paying as you go. If you are paying session by session, you can stop at any time and simply not book the next one. Everything you have already paid still counts toward the $350 if you later choose to continue.

No placement fee. There is no fee tied to accepting a job, no percentage of your salary, and no charge that is triggered by an offer. The price is the price.

Interview Pro ($50 a session)

Cancel or reschedule a booked session at least 24 hours beforehand and it is refunded or moved at no charge. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered.

Institutional and corporate programs

These are governed by the individual written agreement for that engagement.
