Required Skills

We are looking for a Senior SAP Infrastructure & AWS Cloud Engineer to manage and support SAP infrastructure, databases, and applications hosted on AWS Cloud. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in AWS, SAP on AWS, Linux/Windows, automation, Terraform, and High Availability solutions. Exposure to GenAI/LLMs, MCP, RAG, and prompt engineering is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP infrastructure, applications, and databases on AWS.
• Administer SAP environments across DEV, QA, UAT and Production.
• Manage AWS compute, storage, networking, monitoring, backup, and infrastructure components supporting SAP.
• Perform Linux/RHEL and Windows Server administration, patching, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Implement and support SAP High Availability using Pacemaker clustering.
• Support SAP HANA and Sybase database environments, including HA, backup/recovery, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Develop automation using Python and Bash/Shell scripting.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform/IaC.
• Participate in incident, problem, change, DR, and operational support activities.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, DBA, Cloud, DevOps, Security, and Application teams.
• Identify opportunities for AI/GenAI-based automation and operational improvements.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or related technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and SAP workloads.
• Practical experience with Linux/RHEL, Python/Bash, Terraform, and Pacemaker.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments and resolving infrastructure issues.
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and collaboration skills.
