Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage the Netskope Security Cloud platform.
• Configure and maintain Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA/Private Access).
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud security policies based on organizational requirements.
• Monitor cloud traffic, investigate policy violations, and respond to security incidents.
• Integrate Netskope with Identity Providers (Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta) and SIEM platforms.
• Configure web filtering, SSL inspection, application control, and cloud application governance.
• Implement DLP policies to protect sensitive organizational data.
• Monitor security alerts, perform incident investigation, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Troubleshoot policy enforcement, client connectivity, and application access issues.
• Perform policy reviews, security audits, compliance checks, and documentation.
• Collaborate with SOC, Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to enhance the organization's security posture.
