Use this simple 3-step structure:
- Name a real (but non-core) challenge.
- Show awareness, not fear.
- Explain how you’ll manage or overcome it.
💡 Example Answer:
“Initially, I might take time to fully understand your internal tools and processes. However, I usually overcome this by asking questions early and documenting everything, which helps me ramp up quickly.”
What this shows:

✅ Confidence without arrogance
